Thunderbugs behind my laptop screen

The title pretty much says it all - two thunderbugs have crawled behind my laptop screen and then died leaving them lodged in place. Are there any easy solutions to this?

    Hmm. I've never heard of thrips being called 'thunderbugs' before, but I guess it's maybe a regional thing? Also, sometimes they can be hell in a garden. That's my only experience with them, sorry.
