I am not a fan of Way's Deadpool from what I have seen. It has its moments but it is not overall good

especially with Merc with a Mouth out and soon to be Deadpool Team-Up to make it obsolete

The only way it could work in a long-lasting kind of way is if one of them was willing to cave on their ideals just a little bit.

I'll post some scans of the JLA issue where Bruce and Diana do a mind meld thing to see the futures of being together.

There's basically 4 ways it would go down:

-Bruce and Diana have trouble in their "alter egos" (this was when WW had no secret ID) where they have trouble dealing with their new environments (Bruce doesn't like the myth world, Diana has trouble being in the playboy limelight)

-Diana kills Joker after he kills Bruce because Bruce was too busy defending her during the fight and subsequently snaps (this was before she killed Max Lord, it should be noted)

-Bruce and Diana have a kid and live in Gotham, where Bruce gets violent and teaches his daughter to be violent too (they don't kill, but Bat-WW-girl uses the lasso to cut a criminals hands off)

-Bruce and Diana live happily together but because Bruce ages and Diana doesn't he has to live in Amazonia or wherever to expand his life and later has to float down the River Styx.

There was another one as I'm scanning them that is Bruce and Diana clean up Gotham and make it like Metropolis but she can't conceive a child.

Yeah, Bruce has already shown that he's pretty down for adoption.

I think Bruce randomly getting violent because he has a daughter is kind of weird, though.

    Random bitching.

I don't really care about the DCU in general, to be honest, but it's kind of irritating when I think about Wonder Woman killing Maxwell Lord, and how she got flak for it.

    That's pretty stupid, DC Universe.

i wouldn't say diana thinks killing is often justified at all. in fact, just the opposite. she only does it as the last possible resort (in my perfect interpretation of ww in my head)

Dick and Babs didn't really date in the Animated series, did they?

Also, he totally ditched her and went off to learn how to be a Nightwing.

In Batman Beyond Bruce and Babs get together.

In the Animated Series, Dini, Burnett and Timm couldn't stop with the Batgirl love (she was in it more than both Robins, which never made sense) and only had Nightwing in like 5 episodes. Travesty!

The last volume of the BTAS episodes really had some good stuff in it but they never got renewed or whatever (Baby Doll and Killer Croc!). Or they moved on to Justice League.

Has anyone seen the new Marvel Super Hero Squad cartoon series on Cartoon Network? It was so, so horrible... My god, I think its one of the worst shows I've ever seen on Cartoon Network. Its almost like they made the series with an 80's retro vibe in mind, and just couldn't pull it off. It was like the worst combination between Marvel super heroes and the Muppet Babies, with a major dose of hydrosyphilis thrown in for good measure.

I only laughed a couple times, and they were both at Falcon (aka token black character). The first was, in an effort to block out MODOK's laser beam, Falcon had Redwing crap on his gem to block it. The second was when Falcon asked Redwing to do recon, and he then screamed "NOT THE BLADES". Redwing then flew into the SHIELD Hellicarrier's propeller blades.

Other than that, it was cringe worthy. Their new "kid" hero, Reptil, was annoying as hell. And Ms Marvel, who is supposed to be the token female character, comes across as a PMSing munchkin.

Well, that's one opinion. But among my kid brother and his friend, the show went over great everyone seems to love it. So maybe you weren't the target demographic for a show that comes on Cartoon Network, and is followed by Scooby Doo?

I would like to see Spider-man story arcs. They keep focusing on the girls in his life.

cshadow you uh do know that the superhero squad show is based on the superhero squad toys and that is why they look like that? So yeah.

I would go against everything else you said but man I just don't have the energy to point out how utterly wrong you are about everything.

Pbbbt. I bet you're looking forward to Marvel's next event, "The Fall of the Hulks", with breathless anticipation.

What's not for you to love about it? They're sticking every abomination (ha!) that Loeb has come up with into one event.

Though its already pretty obvious that Skaar is getting shipped back home during this event. Otherwise, why would 'Son of Hulk' still be revolving around the former Sakaarians. I betcha Skaar gets his big, teary, reunion with his father just before his ass gets blasted back home.
