So the H/A board has been good to me before, so I figure that I'll try it again for this. I've been watching Bleach and Naruto now for well over a few years and I'm looking for a new series to follow as it seems I am constantly waiting for the days new eps get released to roll around. I hope that these two series will be enough for suggestions, but if not I will gladly add onto this post to help more.
I just finished watching Persona: Trinity Soul, and it was fantastic, it kind of takes place between Persona 3 and Persona 4, it was great, well written, and had fantastic quality animation. Best thing is its about 24 episodes long (the perfect length imo.).
A good place to start looking is here. And while some of us may try and trick you into watching something that will scar your soul and shatter your mind, over all we are a friendly bunch and don't mind answering questions on what's good to watch.
I recommend Soul Eater, it's like a mashup of certain elements from Bleach and Naruto, except better in every conceivable way with an actual ending, and doesn't just continue on into infinity.
K-On is not at all like either of those shows, but as you can see from my avatar I'm a big fan.
If you like bleach and naruto, i'm sure you'll like hajime no ippo which is this boxing series where some picked on kid becomes an awesome professional boxer. it's pretty rah rah so you should watch that.
Cromartie High School (魁!!クロマティ高校, Sakigake!! Kuromati Kōkō?, fully titled "Charge!! Cromartie High School") by Eiji Nonaka, is a Japanese comedy manga, which was subsequently adapted into an anime and a live-action movie. It follows the everyday life of Takashi Kamiyama and his odd classmates at Cromartie High School, an infamous school for delinquents.
It's hilarious and there is a pretty sweet dub to boot as well.
For anime with formulas similar the shonen jump series you mentioned, I recommend Gurren Lagann and maybe Busou Renkin. Gurren Lagann is simply critically important viewing for anyone, and Busou Renkin is kind of a short and sweet "Bleach but not quite as cool, but with an ending" series that I liked a lot.
For some good shit one need look no further than Adult Swim (if you are in the U.S.). There are several shows that are recurring there and have great dubs that are well worth watching. FLCL, Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo, etc. (FLCL is pretty weird and hard to follow, but it's only six episodes, and you will probably agree that it is glorious even though you have no idea what's going on. If you've never seen anime that made you work to understand the plot, it will provide a nice contrast to Bleach and Naruto.)
Hell, let me just simplify this for you: Gurren Lagann, FLCL.
Also, One Piece is wonderful, but there's a whole thread about that in D&D. And, as with most slow shonen series, I recommend the manga over the anime.

Seconding checking the D&D thread. We don't bite! I promise!
Since you like Naruto and Bleach, you'd probably like One Piece as well since they're in the same genre and more often than not people who like both Bleach and Naruto tend to like One Piece as well.

Will I be completely in the dark if I haven't played through the games? I liked the setting however the grindiness of the games turned me off.
If you like Bleach and Naruto, you will probably enjoy Soul Eater. Baccano is pretty awesome too. You may also like xxxHolic despite the Watanuki's annoying tendencies. Oh, and Ouran High School Host Club.
I suppose there's always School Days if you like watching a train wreck. Just kidding, do not watch School Days. The 6 hours of your life will thank me.

School Rumble, however (please, be careful not to confuse School Rumble with School Days!) is a hysterical show that should also be recommended. Thank you Dragonpup for that unintentional reminder :P
I like Slayers, but its pretty crazy confusing with all the different series of it. The movie, original series and NEXT, were all excellent though. Its really a show full of humour and quirky characters.
Hooo boy! Thanks for all the suggestions. I probably should have mentioned that I have watched more than what I really enjoy. I watched FMA a while back and found it quite good so I may have to check the reboot. I don't really care for Cowboy Bebop and I think I've seen Trigun entirely, but in a weird order so I don't really have an opinion for it one way or the other. I also watch One Piece, but at times just have to take a long hiatus, because, well... you have seen One Piece right? :P I'll try to sort through these suggestions soon and make some headway with them. (Oh yeah I've seen FLCL, Hellsing? The one with the vampire who is kind of like a CIA agent or whatever?, Champloo, Ruroni Kenshin (which I enjoyed), Yu-yu Hakusho (if anyone remembers that one, never did get to finish it as CN stopped showing it, and several others that I can't remember).
In case you didn't want to read all that: Have seen a lot of the CN animes, appreciate your suggestions and will sort through them and I may end up joining you on the D&D board!
This might be of help since a thread like this one was started not too long ago.
My recommendations
Outlaw Star
Air Gear (canceled after 1st season, manga still in production)
Ghost in the Shell S.A.C. & S.A.C. 2nd Gig
Last Exile
Martian Successor Nadesico
Those Who Hunt Elves (not good but good because of it, like a Bruce Campbell movie, just stupid fun)
Big O
Read or Die (Movie is better than the series but series is still good)
Bubble Gum Crisis Tokyo 2040
Sorcerer Hunters
Genshiken (Just might be my all around favorite)
Dai Guard
Avatar: The Last Airbender (technically not anime as it is American in origin)
Gasaraki
The LandoStander on
Maybe someday, they'll see a hero's just a man. Who knows he's free.

Steam/PSN/XBL/Minecraft / LoL / - Benevicious | WoW - Duckwood - Rajhek
And everyone should watch Gurren Lagann.
Also check out the reboot of Fullmetal Alchemist, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. You can stream it on FUNimation's site for free.

It's quite awesome. The art style and animation reminds me strongly of Disgaea for some reason.
