RROD + xbox.com = No Help

I'm on my second Xbox and now second RROD. I understand MS has changed their policy and are now making you provide your own coffin and download the shipping label. But has anyone had any problems not being able to download the label? I've tried for the past week with no luck. I've tried different computers, browsers, Mac's, Firefox, ect. And too many calls to MS to care to mention.

Now that I'm going out of town for a week's vacation I was hoping to have my xbox on my front porch when I got back but now it looks like I have to request a shipping label to be mailed instead.

I just want to hear that I'm not alone right now ...

    You can't request a coffin now? When I had to send it in about 6 months ago I had to call up and special request it via phone (after I told them the site wasn't working for some reason).

    Someone in the halo thread printed off his shipping label about 4 weeks ago.

    What kind of results are you getting on the phone calls exactly?

    The phone calls say that they are aware of certain people not being able to print them out but that they could mail it. I offered to mail it myself if they replace the cost with MS points. With Turtles and MvsC 2 coming out I was going to spend the money anyways but to no avail .... I just want it out the door before I leave ....

    They still send out coffins, but only to "special cases." So if you put up enough of a stink, they'll send you one.
