Is that information actually credible? Or was it just some random Steam poster? In any case, full running speed would be a stupid huge buff to either melee weapon that would render the other one 100% useless, unless it had an actual drawback. I'm guessing it would be a buff to both.
That Sandman change is a bad idea, totally forgetting why Scouts needed it to begin with. Scouts were bad on linear chokepoint maps with little maneuverability. Thus the Sandman helps them there by removing the unneeded double jump and giving them long range functionality. Losing HP would be a much bigger drawback there than losing the double jump.
Also those fists would make Sandvich even more terrible because Heavies would be able to get medpacks like anybody else, lol.

The speed buff would be hugely useful for heavies in maps like well and granary where tele's never have much potential. Plus the time it would take for a heavy to swap from melee to Sasha would give opponents a chance at plinking his health away. I like the idea, as it helps ease the pain the heavy has felt with almost every other class upgrade.
I wonder if they would consider replacing the shotgun with the ability to place another turret. Possibly make it non upgradeable even with the regular wrench.

the dead ringer owns, you don't even have to make people think you're on there team. It's all the backstabs without having to actually play like a spy! This is also exactly why I hate it. I still use it a lot of the time when I play spy though because I'm awful at playing real spy.
That would go perfect with honc. As long as the map is finished enough to have props errywhere, it doesn't matter if it sucks or not, we can just activate this mod for fun tiems, either by calling an admin or voting for it if it's possible to do such a thing.

But it still wouldn't beat heavy+RTD=noclipheavy
If it's real it'll be pretty helpful for offensive engies without having to reinvent the wheel with the engy's buildings
