Adobe Audition

So I was trying to click on the File menu in Adobe audition but I accidently hit the left top corner of the uppermost toolbar which made it pop out. This is the toolbar that easily lets you switch which type of cursor you have selected as well as switching between edit mode and multitrack views. I then couldn't figure out how to get it to pop back into the program so I closed it.

Now I can't find which option opens this toolbar back up. Does anyone know the name of this toolbar or how to open it back up?

Edit: It is the Tools menu. Now I just need to know how to back it pop back into the program, cause I don't like it pop'd out.

Yeah, I figured it out a while ago. I swear, I looked through all the menus trying to find the toolbar name I wanted. Then I posted here. The I found my answer.

    Feel free to lock this.
