All of my university lectures are recorded in .ram format (some stupid realplayer thing), and I was wondering if anyone knows if there's a way to play these files on an ipod/iphone. I've been thinking of getting an iphone anyway, so if I can listen to my lectures on it it would pretty much decide it for me.

An iPod or iPhone will not play that .ram crap naively, so you'll have to find some software to convert it to mp3 or such. It's technically a streaming format, so you won't find any portable players that will play .ram anyways.

Try SUPER by erightsoft. Should convert it to mp3 fine.
