Random daily/weekly study thread

Thought I'd make a go at doing a daily study thread for a month to improve my art.

I'll attempt something diffrent each day, expressions will be a main focus though.

Crits, suggestions, ideas, and so forth welcome.

It's only going to consist of new stuff so it's kinda empty atm, should fill up soon though.:P

This is a brief face study with the addition of a puppy.

F87, I do see what you're saying about construction. I do try to layout a basic form when I draw it's just that i'm not very good at it, and usually end up having to change it totally midway through. :P

I'm seriously going to try to do something daily now. My classes ended this we giving me alot of free time.

It seems like you avoided drawing the hands on that there knight. You won't get better at them if you don't draw them.

Maybe it's a ghost, J/K. I the Knight was drawn in refrance to an armor peice in a book. The picture had no hands so nither does the knight. I do draw hands though.
