It's fun song, and quite obviously a Weezer style parody. (ok, I guess maybe it's not. It kinda sounded Weezerish to me, but I don't know that much Weezer stuff anyway, so let's just say it's a general Alternative style)
And now here's CNR
Kinda White Stripesish, I think.
So that makes 4 songs now that have been released online. Slowly working toward a full album.

I'd say Skipper Dan is in the style that's about as close as you get to "Al Yankovic" style.
Yeah, but it'd be a bit redundant to say "This song sounds like a Weird Al song"
People were talking about how it sounded to them and it specifically reminded me of a Jonathan Coulton song, but I can't really remember which one.
Plus, The Geek said it's "very obviously" a Weezer-style parody, but the only Weezer-style I hear is the guitar, but nothing else about the song reminds me of Weezer at all
...I don't see an issue with this.
