Changing My Avatar [RESOLVED]

So, I can't seem to change my avatar. As you can see on your left, Photobucket has decided to start charging for bandwidth (or else, I somehow magically never crossed what must be a ginormous cap before).

So, I tried to just set it that I have no avatar... doesn't work. Tried uploading a new pic from my computer (small enough to fit the requirements), doesn't even recognize that I chose a file.

What am I doing wrong?

    That's weird. Have you tried uploading an avatar to a different host, like imageshack or something, and remote linking to it?

    2. Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 64 by 64 pixels or 48.8 KB (whichever is smaller).
    3. Ctrl+F5 a page to see if it's just stuck in your cache.
