Bug eggs in window screen...Help??

Recently I have noticed that in the screen in my windows around my house that seem to be multiplying every day. They are in rows on the screen and are a yellow/white colour. Does anyone know what these eggs are and the best way to get rid of them?

    Probably take out the screens and scrub them with a brush outside.

    Do you see any nests or buggies around the frame or sill? Giving the whole frame a good cleaning might help too.

    On one of the screens i got a hose and sprayed them out, the next day there were 3 patches of them where the one used to be. Ill see if i can get a picture up of it asap
