For those unfamiliar, inFAMOUS is an action platformer released for the Playstation 3. Developed by Sucker Punch, the talented folks behind the Sly Cooper series. Released May 2009 to critical acclaim, it follows the story of Cole McGrath, a humble bike messenger caught in a catastrophe, who awakens to find the city in tatters and a budding control of electricity. He'll have to zap his way through everyone in his path as he takes back the city from the gangs that have overrun it. Will Cole deliver the people from danger, or become an even worse tyrant than the enemies he's facing?
This is a MiniPhalla, the pint-sized Penny Arcade version of the party game Mafia. My name is Houn, and I'll be your host for this game. Want to know more about Phalla? Check the CF Phalla Signup List!

Empire City is falling apart, and the people are calling for blood. As per standard rules, every day, you must vote for one person in bold red to be eliminated from the game. Retractions are unnecessary unless you are specifically abstaining for the time being. Votes in posts that have been edited will not be counted.
While source knowledge may prove helpful, it is not necessary in order to participate in this game. Of course, since I love this game, I encourage you to find out as much as you can about it; you never know what might be relevant to this game!

Let's face it, you love this city. There's that great bagel place down on 2nd... or, well, there was, but now it's an emergancy clinic. You've got a condo with a great view, though... of the military blockade. Well, at least the people are still friendly... assuming they haven't caught the plague, or joined a gang, or suddenly spouted electric powers and started zooming through the city on the power lines while zapping your friends and family into charred husks.
Yep, this sure is a great place to live!

Each day, you may vote for your favorite shady neighbor, and the winner will get an all-expenses paid vacation at the local Prison, complete with Police Escort! No, that's a Horror game. And it's Hulk Ultimate Destruction 2.0 reskinned. There's more mindless destruction fun, but it's less polished.
