Mashed Potatoes!

Our office Christmas party is on Tuesday and I'm supposed to bring the mashed potatoes. I can handle that, I'm a fairly decent cook. My question is, how do I transport a metric assload of mashed potatoes from the house to the office? I'll probably have to cook them the night before, too. How do I get them warm/keep them warm for the party?

    Use a casserole dish or two. Do you have an oven at work?

    If your office is like most places, chances are you'll have a microwave somewhere. Not ideal, obviously, but it works.

    A crock pot would probably be your best option. If you don't own one, I'm sure someone at work or a friend has one you could borrow.
