And there was Gamevee, a site dedicated to game video hosting, but as I've just found out, that got shut down for reasons unknown
Viddler allows users to download the source video. Quality-wise, that's a huge leap over other streaming video hosts. If it's not on Viddler or self-hosted, best just assume the author doesn't give a shit and that nothing he puts out is worth watching.
