My guess is that the Bathyspheres being OFF might just isolate Fort Frolic. In the game, I think that was the only part where they got turned off.

Well, I don't know, leaving water pumps off still makes me nervous. What if the area's start to flood? Everyone in a certain area could die.

    Neptune's Bounty, Water Pumps On!

That said, leaving Bathyspheres off sounds like a good idea. If we restrict movement, we can figure out what people are doing based on where they are.

    Keep bathyspheres off I think

I don't see a reason yet for the village to want to move around, but I'd think keeping Atlas and his goons should be prevented from getting together

Don't trust Atlas, don't trust Ryan, either.

Frankly, I don't really trust any of these so called authority figures. Good thing an Objectivist society has somehow defaulted to democracy on all the important issues like power and lynching.

I'm in favor of keeping water on in Neptune's Bounty, but I won't vote yet. Perhaps not every section is advantaged by water valves being on?

Good point, you are correct. I'm not sure whether it was only the ones out of Fort Frolic or whether it was the whole system that got turned off, though.

Of course, the simple way to find out would be to turn them off and then have a few people try to move about.

I'd rather not be crushed by the weight of an entire ocean or to die by drowning slowly.

So I like the Medical Centres water pumps on.

I guess we have to decide where best to distribute power for now, I don't think we need the search lights or bathospheres for now.

    My opinion?

We have no splicers yet, but they will start emerging in the coming days.

Search lights would be useful if they could grass out mafiosos. But that just means every mafia is going to want to leave that area, unless they affect everything, in which case they probably have a low chance of mafia finding and oh god I'm stuck in run on setence why can't I stop typing someone send for help.

I also don't like the idea of ratcheting up the reactor power just yet. It would really suck if it exploded. So for the moment:

    Hephaestus Reactor Power: LOW

Also, I'd suggest the search lights in Olympus Heights should be switched on, as those would likely provide some splicer defense (remember your arrival at Rapture in the game?) I would guess Water Pumps OFF would be ok for now, we would likely get some warning about leaks and have time to get them switched on.

    1) keep the search lights on.
    2) keep the pumps off until needed.
    3) turn the power to medium.
    4) keep the bathyspheres on.

thats the best thing we could do right now. i declare anyone who disagrees as evil. or stupid. or stupidevil.

Remember, we can only vote for what happens in the places where we're at right now. Keeping that in mind I'm voting for Fort Frolic: Bathyspheres: ON

The reactor can only be set to LOW and HIGH, correct? There is no medium? I wasn't hallucinating things from the original list before the roster was edited to show people in locations, right?
