    Now that that is out of the way, lets get down to business. I doubt evil kills are restricted by location but in case they are we should announce any and all movements. Once there is a network head perhaps he should co-ordinate movements. I agree with what some folks have been saying earlier, I think it would be best to just shut down a zone completely as we would have more resources for other zones. Also I !Volunteer.

    I don't trust this volunteer stuff. I also don't understand it. I FEAR THE UNKNOWN. And I think announcing movements would be kind of pointless, as I'm sure that the location list will be updated every night.

    That is...disturbing. With the time lapse between 1 and 2 she is probably pretty old now. Regardless as it currently looks, the city seems like it will start deteriorating as time goes by. So we might have some time with all the areas functioning adequately before things go to hell. However I do agree with others saying we should come to a consensus on which areas we want to shut down and evacuate first. Though we should keep that plan flexible in the eventuality that someone doesn't want to play ball...
