Any of you guys part of an active destro guild? I'm in one of the "spam invites to the world" guilds now, and tbh it doesn't feel any different than the newbie guild.
Last I heard T6M is still somewhat active on IR but CM is essentially gone at this point.
I should have my PC up and running Sunday and hopefully have WAR updated by Sunday night so in theory I can do any promotions that need doing in either CM or T6M (actually I have no idea if my characters are even still guilded at this point so we'll see :P ).
This is of course assuming that replacing my video card actually fixes my PC. If it doesn't my motherboard is fucked and thus I am as well.

I would but the only way orks express love is by hitting something, and then possibly eating it, Or tossing a squig at it, Or tossing it at a squig, or telling a bigger ork they took something from his loot pile.
Now that the "Recruit-a-friend" program doesn't have slot restriction and allows the endless trial (without the server restriction to boot), I am very anxious to try WAR again.
Wonder if anyone can send an invitation my way, thanks in advance.
And then everyone can point and laugh at their silly bitch asses for willingly making a trial account while they have a lvl40 so they can feel like a "Big Winnar!" in T1.

People at level 11 who are stacked with +15 (and up) purple talismans and epic gear and superweapons are piss-hard to take out as a newbie coming in to WAR in tier 1.
Try even scratching a level 11 Black Orc with all that gear on man. He's just not going to die. So I see an army of twinks comin'. That is, if the endless trial is actually just an /XPoff type of deal. We'll see though

Basically yes. But guys, be sure to read the FAQ... This endless trial isn't all that it is cracked up to be. First off, its on its own server and T2, T3, and T4 are all cut out/unaccessible.
Oh and yes, Tier 1 is basically the first quarter of the game. They have revamped it quite nicely and I think its way more new user friendly while still having all the cool PQs and RvR fighting that makes a game like WAR shine.
What does "Endless" mean?
Endless means that your trial account does not expire. You have no time limitation and may play within the restrictions of the Endless Trial as long as you like for free.
What are the restrictions on the Endless Trial?
Endless Trial accounts are restricted to Tier 1 of the Empire versus Chaos pairing. This includes Tier 1 scenarios but does not include access to the Capital Cities or the other racial pairings within the game.
Endless Trial accounts may receive mail and purchase from the auction house; however, they cannot send mail or create auctions.
Endless Trial accounts are limited to designated servers. If you'd like to play with friends on other servers, you will need to purchase a retail copy of the game and transfer your character to their server (or create a new character on their server). All characters Rank 11 and under on purchased accounts have access to unlimited transfers, with a max of one transfer per day. Please note that you can only transfer characters to the same server type as the server you created your characters on (Core, Open RvR, and Roleplay). Please see the full server list here for details about each server, including server type. Alternatively, if you have a friend who is currently playing WAR, you can ask them for a Recruit-a-Friend code that will allow you to create a Recruit-a-Friend trial account which has access to all servers. Please see the Recruit-a-Friend section for more information.
What is the difference between an Endless Trial account and a Recruit-a-Friend account?
The Endless Trial accounts are restricted to specific servers while Recruit-a-Friend accounts have access to all servers. Otherwise, both accounts share the same in-game restrictions: Empire versus Chaos Tier 1 only, cannot send mail, and cannot create auctions. Both accounts are also "endless" and never close.

Can I play on a computer that has the full game installed?
Yes, you may play the Endless Trial on a computer that has the full game installed, but the restrictions will still apply.
If I cancel my account, will that lock me out of the trial?
No, you will be able to play until the end of your free trial period. After that, the full version of the game must be purchased, and you will have to enter the Product Registration Code and billing information in order to continue to play.
Can I use my characters from the Endless Trial in the full game?
Yes, as long as you upgrade your Endless Trial account rather than create a brand new one, the characters you are currently playing will still be there to continue their journey through WAR.

I'm fairly certain that "designated servers" just means that you can't choose what server you're on for the trial, there are only a handful of servers that you can trial on, and it'll dump you on one of those. Note:

This would be a redundant statement to make if there were Trial-only servers; there would be no mail to receive and no AH items to purchase.
I'm having troubles downloading the trial for my Mac. After I finish downloading the installer, I go to the application "Warhammer Online" itself. However, the icon is crossed off, and if I click on it, it says "You cannot use this version of the application Warhammer Online with this version of Mac OS X."
What does this mean specifically? I'm sure I got the trial client from the right place, because I clicked on the Mac button on the website. Do I have to download a patch of some kind? Or something else?

There is no reason why you cannot roll a shammy too. WAR is probably one of the few games that having many alts is actually a good thing.
And yeah, Doks have always been really effective healers. The morales and tactics can be especially tasty in RvR groups.
