Outlook Calender XP

Anyone happen to know how to invite someone to an event in Outlook and have the event appear on their calendar even if they haven't accepted the invitation?

    If they're using Outlook, I believe it shows up as a Tentative once it arrives. They might need to read/preview the invite first, though.

    Don't know if you've used Task Reminders, but those can send reminders to people as well.
