I have a 4 HD setup in my computer
1x 500GB
1x 320GB (Current Windows install)
2x 620GB "Striped Array"
I want to remove the 320GB drive for another computer im building for my girlfriend. Reformat, and install Windows 7RC on the 500GB drive. My current backup method has been to load all my files onto the 2x 620GB drives, but it is not a proper bios RAID , I use a Striped Array that I setup through windows. Will I lose my data when I re-install windows or will the array hold up through an OS change? I will be unplugging all drives except for the 500GB during the install process unless suggested not to
