When you put it like that it's probably a good idea that Relic not make an Eldar campaign because that is literally exactly what Eldar do in every one of their games.

Maybe that could be part of the story, then. A rogue element in the Eldar that wants to prevent human/orc death, and it all goes so horribly wrong because the Eldar have a bad reputation.

Course you might have a hard time passing off a campaign as doomed from the start, but it could be done.

It's difficult to come to the conclusion of Eldar superiority when with their forewarnings, prescience and so called wisdom they were in a much better position to avoid screwing up their entire race, and yet still somehow managed to pull it off anyway. That's "special" behaviour alright.

I seriously doubt Tzeentch will get nothing. Horrors were in DoW1 after all. Really the only one in question right now is Slaanesh

Those weren't confirmed as actual plague marines, though. They could have just been chaos marines with the mark of nurgle.
