Lost my phone, someone found it, what the hell is she saying? Vietnamese translation

Vietnamese. If I only knew it I would have my phone. I dropped it on this block and after the shift I covered, I called it and got in contact with someone Vietnamese. Now, I kept calling last night and trying to find out where they were but all I got was "Jig wan," they are at "Jig Wan." I have no idea what this means and all the Vietnamese people on that block gave me blank stares.

Anyone on the boards speak Vietnamese and know of a "Jig Wan" in seattle?

    Jing Wan is a Vietnamese name, apparently. Close enough?

    Also, could mean "fuck you American pig I have phone now and will use your minutes".

    Seriously, though. Are you monitoring your phone use to make sure no one is making international calls on your line or anything in a crazy manner? The cost to replace your phone might end up being comparable to the potential extra charges someone could rack up on your bill if you don't report the phone as lost/stolen.

    Phone was locked and had a shitty battery, I barely charged it the last time so its dead by now and I just have to suck it up and get a new one. Anyone know if you can get your Verizon pix place account transferred to another phone? I have great pictures I uploaded onto there.

    There's a Vietnamese restaraunt called Jin Wah in Portland, is there something like that in Seattle?

    Or could they be saying this?
