BAG OMELETS

APPROX. PREP TIME: 15 MINUTES

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

One medium-to-large sized Ziploc baggie
two large eggs
cheese of your choice
additional ingredients (i suggest mushrooms, ham, onions, bacon, any combination thereof)
one pot boiling water

Crack the eggs into the bag, mixing them up with your hand. This part is kinda fun, the eggs are all like "smush smush, we fulla protein, mufucka."

Then, add whatever optional ingredients you like! Just not too much, eh?

Put the bag in boiling water, and about fifteen minutes later, your omelet slides out of the bag, no fuss no muss. You could even make something else while these fuckers boil, like a pan of muffins or some coffee cake, and have a kick-ass breakfast! This recipe is especially useful for big breakfasts with lots of people or big families who have trouble getting everyone eating at the same time.

MICROWAVE CAKE!

┌─┐
┴─┴
ಠ_ರೃ

A microwave oven

A large microwavable mug

A tablespoon for measuring

4 Tablespoons flour

9 Tablespoons hot chocolate mix

1 Egg

3 Tablespoons water

3 Tablespoons oil

1 pinch of salt

Cooking Spray

Spray a little cooking spray into the mug.

Measure out the flour and hot chocolate mix into the mug. Stir.

Crack the egg into the mug. Stir a bit after adding the egg so the cup doesn't overflow.

Add water and oil.

Stir until thoroughly moistened. Make sure to scrape the bottom of the mug with your spoon to avoid any leftover pockets of dry ingredients.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mu8FRZeFy8Y

As it bakes, a cylinder of cake will start to rise out of the mug. A cylinder of chocolate awesome.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0e0KEj3wg5I

DAT SHITS DONE, SON. YOU PUT DAT SHIT IN A BOWL WITH SOME NILLA ICE CREAM, SUCKA, YOU BE EATIN GOOD.

Also, if you want, earlier on add some chocolate chips to the top of the mix. :D

So, SE++, what quick, awesome, super-easy recipes do you have to share?

folding is essential in the omelet making process. I do not believe this is possible in a microwave.
