Yeah, definately. A friend of mine didn't save the number to the local pizza place to his phone. So he misdials the number and weird things happened to his house- moral of the story, save your pizza place's number.

So, I was at the beach the other night. And in between terrorizing the small children and collecting shells (which I then threw at people when they weren't looking), I talked to this homeless guy. I told him I'd give him $5 if he told me a secret. He told me a really interesting idea of his, but I said it didn't count, so called the police on him for prostituting. And photoshopped a picture of him naked. With a dog.
I don't think he appreciated that.
Oh, the secret? Yeah, he said that there was this secret radio station called "109.5 Nightly Narration" that would tell you at the end of their broadcasting in a succinct manner who was attacked, and by whom, even if the person trying to be mean fails completely. (Just "role names" or "Persona names" or something, I don't remember what the guy said. I started to watch a seagull while he was talking.)

Normal people don't know who is part of their faction. This leads me to believe you are part of one of the smaller, kill-everyone factions that are basically mafia.

What do you mean, if he's got a useless power and fuses with someone from another faction, he's got a pretty decent chance of A) stripping a useful ability from another faction and actually becoming useful, which will be a pretty big accomplishment for him ^_^
The only real downside to this kinda fishing is that it makes him a bigger target, which could actually be a good thing if he managed to hook up with a guard. When he does his little "Hey guys, golly gosh I might just become more powerful, but I'm still just silly Kime, tee hee." it's pretty good baddie bait.
