These shows are amazingly hard to not watch once you have seen any of it. It is crazy what some of these people are putting themselves through and what they are doing.

That's the exact opposite of weird. Shaking is not good enough and if you are already next to toilet paper, I'd find it weird to not use a piece to ensure that your underwear remains clean.
