I dismissed this by the title at first, but then I remembered it might've been the game announced by IO Interactive, and now I see that confirmed in the OP. Could be cool.
Played the demo on PS3 but had a tough time getting into it. There are some nice ideas behind it, though, so I can definitely see some people enjoying it.
Sneaking in tall grass was pretty fun for me, but it's extremely limited from what I played. "Here's a path you travel, there's grass on the side, you can hide if you want, the end." Action just seemed to be mashing square with no real rhyme or reason to it -- just hit it and call it good. I guess there's nothing to complain about there, but nothing to write home about either. Being able to switch characters and use different abilities is pretty cool, and thinking about it now kind of makes me think of Goemon on the 64, or other similar adventure games. Felt really linear from what I played, though. Eventually I hit a point where this guy asked me to go get him a berry or something, but at that point I was just too bored to continue. To be fair though, I was kind of in a foul mood and didn't really wanna play anything, so I'm a bit biased. I need to give it another shot sometime.

But can't see myself playing the demo until Shadow Complex is beat!

Kotaku Review.
Maybe after a price drop. Too many good games right now. I see so little daylight as it is. :P
