eBay auction question

Bought a ticket for a concert just now. Buy it now. Listed as 4 available.

I didn't see, but it mentioned he would "Sell 2 at a time"

With buy it now I purchased one.

He's now basically saying I have to buy two, or cancel it or something. What's the go here?

If he really doesn't want to sell you just one, it's within his power to do so- he can always refund your money. It sounds like he was pretty clear about it if he mentioned it up front in the auction.

Do you want to go bad enough to buy two?

Well, it sounds like he did a kind of douch-ey move to list it at the 1 ticket price (to make it look cheaper) even though you couldn't actually purchase it at that price

Do you have a link to the auction?

    http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130325824042&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWNX%3AIT&salenotsupported

It is clearly listed there. Definitely my fault, I was buying it in a rush.

I don't really want to buy two, I'll probably just get him to refund me.

Letting you cancel your purchase is more generous than a lot of eBay sellers would be. I'd consider yourself lucky to get away with that and look elsewhere for tickets. Or find someone else to go with you and buy those two.
