Is there an easy way to view all applications/items you "own" in iTunes? I know you can look at purchase history, but I wanted to look at all games I own, similar to steam.
Shouldn't they all be listed under the "Applications" tab in your iTunes library?
I believe those are all the applications on my hard drive. I don't think they automatically reappear if I delete them or reformat.
The problem is that the whole iTunes store system relies on you not deleting your stuff. Officially you only get to download purchased content once from the store, although they allow you to copy it to other registered computers.
Apple doesn't "store" your purchases for you, although it's digital content, they are selling you a one-time download of the content. Your purchase is the actual files you downloaded.

Wow, that is incredibly shitty.
Thanks
