Program files opening at startup?

Whenever I start up my PC, my Program Files folder from my second HDD opens. I checked the startup folder, etc. and nothing seems to be out of the norm. The folder was never heavily used, as this HDD came from an x64 machine and thus used Program Files (x86) for most programs.

What's going on, and how do I stop it?

delicious.

Did you check in msconfig if theres a service in there turning it on at boot?

It sounds like it's a variant on what's explained here (problem 1). Something in your startup may be lacking quotation marks.
