I'm looking for a film I saw sometime last year.
It was French, and was set in some post-apocalyptic future in an apartment building full of cannibals, one of whom was a woman constantly trying to kill herself through insanely complex devices but always messing it up. And there was one scene with loads of the people in the building all doing certain actions to the same beat.
