Who does the inks for the Penny Arcade strip?

Sorry if this has been asked before. I did a search and couldn't seem to find the answer.

I recall a long time ago, the Penny Arcade guys posted about an overseas firm that helped them with inking strips.
Does anyone recall who that firm was?

    Might have been a joke, because Gabe is the only one drawing the strip unless it's a guest artist. Also, new threads are only for posting art. Please read the rules.
