I don't think that's likely to happen. Pixar creates their own stuff.

But they made the Incredibles, which means they like comic books

And there's lots of minor characters no one knows about that they could make interesting

UPDATE 7:42: Marvel and Pixar? John Lasseter and Marvel honchos recently met and got so excited the suits had to tell them to calm down, the deal wasn't done yet. There is DEFINITELY Marvel/Pixar stuff brewing right now.

just because they did a comic book comedy movie, doesn't mean they can't do a movie involving real comic book characters. Imagine, an animated X-men movie in Pixar style

It's not so much Pixar needing the Marvel license, as it is Marvel needing Pixar to make them some good animated superhero movies.
It's kind of silly to think that they wouldn't at least look into a joint venture. It certainly wouldn't hurt either company.

I'm guessing it's gonna work with Marvel doing their own stuff and Disney will be in charge of making a profit from said stuff. The number one reason why the actual comics are likely to remain untouched is because there's no money in it. The comics themselves are probably the least profitable part of Marvel.
