Hate: Eadric the Pure. Eadric the "I show up EVERY fucking time" Pure. Or should the hate be directed toward Paletress who I've seen exactly four times, EVER, since 3.2. Guess which boss drops the loot that all of my characters need? Hint: It's not Eadric.
But the game seems to think it is, because his dumb ass shows up every single time I do H-ToC without fucking fail.
Christ knows why Blizzard has the raging, veiny hard-on for the RNG that they do, but good god do they ever have one. Jesus christ almighty.

Wasn't it changed to a 100% drop in Wrath? Any enchanter with access to a tank should be able to kill Moroes.

According to WoW Armory the chance to drop for Mongoose and I believe every Karazhan enchanting drop is 100%.
Well, if thats been in place since then. I guess it would of had to of been broken. Because like I said, it didnt drop for her, *Nor did the horse mount 'grumble grumble'* but I guess sombody will have to test it out and see for sure if it is 100% or not (Despite what the website says.)

I think it's one enchant per run because I got sunfire when I was offered a run and soulfrost a few weeks later when I asked my brother if he wanted to run as well

Thanks for mentioning this. I just went and killed Moroes, and sure enough, Mongoose finally drops. (My guild didn't see it a single time through all of BC.)
Blargh: I get into a SM Cathedral group, with a really slow warrior tank. They weren't up on this thing we call "pulling efficiently". A lot of the time they just stood there. A lot of the rest of the time, they came back with extra adds. So our hunter and paladin decide to leave. It's me, a now-level-40 shadow priest, the warrior tank, and a healing druid. We clear the cathedral and pull the boss. It's going fine enough, Mograine dies, Whitemane comes out, and then WIZARDS. Respawns jump into the fight. We wipe, but manage to kill Whitemane through DoTs or whatever. We run back in, get Whitemane's loot (the sta/int/spi necklace, which I won), but Mograine's nowhere. Apparently killing Whitemane and wiping causes him to despawn.
Ouch! I remember farming him back in Vanilla on my warrior. If you accidentally killed her before she rezed her hubbie he wouldn't get rez'd and no loot.
Raaaargh: Our first night of truly dedicated Yogg attempts. Idiots in clouds. Idiots not killing tentacles. Idiots running away from the constricted guy they are brain linked too. Eventually we manage to get the brain down and into p3. But a healer ate it in p2 because no one got him out of the constrictor (I was inside the brain at this time). Then another healer dies from an add in p3 that the tank was slow to grab. 6%
6% aaaaaaarrrgh. Two more attempts that lasted under a minute as people revert to a previous level of evolution and think swimming in green goo is cool. Then we call it for the night. Sigh.
Also hate: Why the hell am I the only one interrupting Dark Volley? Also, my pummels just don't do anything to it if the volley is past 50% cast, wtf.

Well, its only a 1.5s cast, maybe 2s, I don't remember exactly. I know I have a really hard time interrupting things that fast because my latency is 600MS routinely.
That was kind of fun, my sister in law notices my wife and I on and invites us to do the daily heroic. We wait for my brother to finish running some friends through deadmines and then off to Gundrak. After finishing there we went to kill Coren Direbrew 5 times.
I play at ~200 and that's unbearable at times. I don't know how you can deal with that.
Hate: I join back with MammaL, because my request to change my appointments at the hospital were accepted. So I join back up, I'm getting ready to start raiding with them next week, and things are going fine. Then I get a phone call asking me to call regarding scheduling. Awesome. This could mean they want to confirm that I'm aware of having my appointments changed but, because they want me to call in, I'm expecting to be told the changes aren't going to happen at all.
I like to plan for the worst, and my friend has been pestering me to app at Great Men in History since I told him I was quitting casual play (because it's not really casual at all, it's still 3 nights a week, they're just unorganized and shitty), so...Just in case, I figured I would send in an application and cover my bases. They only raid with one Mage and apparently the guy who gets brought along absolutely hates raiding, so...I figure I have a good shot. But before someone from Great Men whispers me, I get a tell from MammaL's Guild Leader saying "Hey, y'know, what's up with that app on great men?" by the end of the conversation he says something like "All right, I understand, but the app made you look kind of shitty. I'll let them know it's nothing awful or anything."
I feel completely shitty about it because I already left this guild once because of schedule changes, and I was pretty surprised when they didn't have problems having me come back. They took a real risk and I feel bad punishing them for it. At this point, I would almost rather go to Great Men because I don't have a history of flaking out there. I won't develop one, either, because their raids start late enough for me to make every one of them with whatever schedule I have.
We'll see what happens on Monday, I guess. It will be nice raiding with decent players again regardless. I just wish this transition had been as smooth as I hoped it would be.

Happy: Quick guild Coren run right as the holiday started. Very first kill drops the kodo. And I win! Not as important now that it's not required it for the achievement, but still kickass anyways.
Annoyance: Only bought the brewfest shirt last year, so I gotta collect 150 tokens for the other 2, so no drake until then.
Hate, but not really due to above annoyance: The dark iron event is bugged on our server. Can't hit the dwarves at all unless you're right in melee. End result is we're failing every time despite dozens of people there. So no drakes for anybody it seems. Not too worried about it though, since I don't have the above gear to really mind yet.

And I'd expect the dark iron event to right itself once there aren't 5000 people trying to do the same thing at once.
That's not the problem. The mugs aren't aiming at the dwarves. You have to literally be right up into melee range to hit then, and even then it's a crapshoot. The end result is having 5000 people there all throwing mugs, yet not hitting a single dwarf so that they destroy the kegs in record time.
