I don't think its the tokens so much as the achievement you get after fighting off a dwarven attack on the fest.
Nice thing about this one is you just have to speak to the npc afterwards and he stays up for a while. We had people logging all their alts through it just now despite the fact that none of them participated in fighting off the attack.
I just hope they get this fixed quickly. I've been dicked by ISPs out of a black drake, work out of a plagued and idiocy on the ulduar ones, I want my sure thing.

Are you saying you got that offspec? Lucky sod!
Yes, we had no plate wearers besides the two tanks on our guild' second immortality run so i it ended in my inventory. My ret gear is starting to overtake my holy gear because we have been seeing all the good dps drops so far, makes me kinda sad because i like healing the hard stuff.
It's one thing if he kills someone even though they're standing on the far edge of a frost patch. It's something else entirely if he literally passes directly through a frost patch without even triggering it.
I like default spell power ones over the ones I am being offered I liked them in Vanilla and TBC I don't know why they changed their mind
This is why I eagerly await Cataclysm so I will not have to care about that anymore
Hate: The difference between having a Pally and not having a Pally on Anub 10H is so painfully apparent.
Happy: Successfully tanked 10 man heroic ToC (and a full Uld25) on my Paladin. Definitely nervous as shit about screwing up, since I've been tanking for a grand total of 2 weeks on off raid hours. Yay I'm better than terrible!

This may be a dumb question, but in what sense? JoL?
Happy: Firefighter 25 down.

It would be JoL.
With JoL up, the healing from that is enough to keep the DPSers up and at a perfect health level during Leeching Swarm...without it, you have to heal them, but no healing spell besides HoTs ticks for low enough so your spells take them just a little too high.
I think all of our shadowpriests were hurting us on Anub25 last week. I was tanking but watching group health and yelling at healers to stop doing their job wrongs. Then I realized that all 3 groups had one thing in common: a god damn spriest.

mmm, actually the healin from Vampiric Embrace + JoL would probably be only barely enough for casters to keep their HP up. Though with melee attackers, they'd probably just need JoL.
I don't know if the leeching always manages to take our healers by surprise or what but we always seem to crash and burn soon after getting into phase 3.
Confused?: I was in Orgrimmar on my Shaman, doing a bit of AH swapping when I decided to take some time and look through the gear for my specs, particularly my Elemental spec. Lately I've been pretty regularly Resto, Heroic running, so all my emblems and such have gone towards bettering my Resto pieces.
Well going through them I began to realize that some of the pieces I had picked up for Resto were straight up upgrades to the pieces I had in those spots for my Elemental gear. So I switched some pieces around, lost some Haste and a little crit, gained quite a bit of spellpower and randomly MP5. So I decided to wander back to the training dummies while I was waiting in LFG for some Heroics and see what I could do.
Dropped my totems and just started working on the 80 dummy, getting back into my rotation. I'm running out of mana *very* slowly anyway, especially working Thunderstorm into things whenever the cooldown's up and having Mana Spring Totem down. Suddenly I get a group invite, well I'm in LFG so I kind of expect it, so I accept (though I dislike it when people don't at least whisper first with what it's for). I continue my rotation and after a bit, realize that the people in the group are standing right next to me. Kinda odd, but whatever.
I'm getting Replenishment from the Frost Mage and seriously am not running out of mana at all, it's ridiculous. Eventually the Frost Mage asks me if I'm looking for a guild, I ask why and they apparently have absolutely no elemental shamans and all I'd have to do is apply. Kind of carrying on this conversation while doing my rotation, but eventually I stop, having gone almost a full 10 minutes and still sitting at about full mana, doing almost exactly 2 million damage at about 3.3k DPS (peaked at 3.5k at one point, but got a little out of my rotation a couple points after that and dropped.)
So basically, was just screwing around with the training dummy and somehow got an invite to app for a raiding guild. Weird.

You'd be surprised at how good healing pieces can be for Elemental in terms of mana regeneration and sustained damage.
I think 6 of my pieces are shared between my Elemental and Resto sets, and I pretty much never run out of mana.

OMG Grats!
And yeah, JoL is silly good for that fight... Having a Holy Pally being the one judging seems to trivialize the encounter. We had to 3 heal our run (Priest/Druid/Shaman) vs. the Pally all but solo healing P3.

I thought JoL didn't scale by the person judging it anymore, but the person attacking gets healed for a percent of their own health? So it doesn't matter which spec or gear, just that it's getting judged. Either way, yeah, it's painful the few times we haven't had our ret in 10-man in the past. I remember a really bad One Light 10, everything just fell apart, and I felt like a LOT of it was lack of JoL plus lack of an extra cleanse.

Exactly. JoL restores 2% of the attacker's max health. If my math is correct, at 20% (10% on heroic) health, 1 tick of leeching swarm = 1 tick of JoL. This means that if DPS keeps attacking, they cannot die unless they get penetrating cold.

I say there, Monastery! Do you know the times?: So level 41 is too high to LFG for SM Library. But I still want my Scarlet Key, not to mention Hypnotic Blade (I've still been using the staff from BFD). So I solo my way into there and after several wipes from extra aggro, I leave it for later. Later rolls around, I'm level 43, and I go in, still can't solo Houndmaster (dog dog dogs), but I manage to reach Arcanist Doan. And he's significantly easier than any of the trash. Hypnotic Blade, Robe of Doan, and Scarlet Key acquired.
Ponderance: Is it too early to start collecting and maintaining dual gear sets for healing and shadowing?
At that low level you can probably use the same gear for both specs. Its not until you start raid healing (or heroics to a lesser extent) that stats are really going to matter.

Hah.
It's easy to test for that. Have everyone pick up the quest (but not turn it), and look to see who it says has it.

We're real close to killing him though :-/
Har har, outgearing heavily nerfed encounters. But oh well, pretty drake!
This. Also, 24manning Firefighter because our holy paladin is terrible was fun.
They'll probably just wait to do it last. Then no one can check.
