By buying a game that I cannot play. Game cards don't exist yet, and debit cards don't work.
The game cards do exist, I know because I paid for my subscription with one after my prepaid visa wasn't accepted. Chances are, they just haven't made it over to your part of the world yet. I got mine from an EB despite the fact that it wasn't listed as being available on their site.
Mind you, the EB in question only had one so I kinda lucked out there. In any case, you have my heartiest sympathies since I very nearly ended up where you are right now.
Gah!
I need to have a little "chat" with someone at my bank. Grabbed my mother's bank card, that is exactly the same as mine, same account type and everything.
First try it got accepted. Bwhaaaa? Not one to question providence.
Well, glad we could get you on the right track, then.
I decided to check out the Champions Online forum and .. my god, I do believe it as bad as the WoW forums. Most notably the hordes of players who demand that all MMOs are about the endgame and that if there isn't a bunch of repetitive raiding then it isn't a real MMO.
Thank God there are sane people here in the forums to play with.

All I want are interesting things to do that do not involve putting holes in things, in addition to the interesting things to do that do involve such activities. Is that too much to ask?

...and when you are done with that; take a folding
chair to Creation and then suplex the Void.
well huge blocks of text over powers and the fact that some might be unbalanced is pretty dumb. just as dumb as arguing about said powers.
speaking of which, force cascade with the advantage is sweet. too bad I can only seem to charge it a tiny percentage of the way, so it does pretty weak damage. really wish endurance gave more energy per point. like 1.5 or something

the only problem is that endurance would waay over power recovery, and you'd never be able to passively generate enough energy to do much of anything. Now, it'd be kinda nice of you had some sort of energy bump added to recovery... or maybe larger one of one already exists.
Oh. That's cool. How much are they? I guess I was given 400 points.
80 points. They're very cheap, just... kinda pointless. I'd get one if I could get a pet wolf or something else that could fit a character concept (like a robot dog for a Casshern knock-off), but really, chibi Defender? That's just creepy.

recovery needs to do more anyways. maybe give it the .5 per point energy bonus

So I understand you adjust things like weapon type at a tailor, can you also adjust what sort of creature a spell summons? I may be talking out of my ass, but I seem to remember reading that there was some modifier that changed what was summoned, though I can't remember where I read that for the life of me.

Some of them change depending on what rank you use (ex. nightmare), others gain new abilities as you rank them up (most of the sorc pets). afaik, there's no weapon customization equivalent for powers yet.
Might is sex. It's just too bad you can't skip those stupid fucking Gadroon. They seem to wipe the floor with anything.

Holy shit... I made a Single Blade character yesterday. After the tutorial, I took her to Canada and she had the most difficult time staying alive. Is Lightning Reflexes boned currently?

Melee is pretty boned right now. You have to invest more in defensive powers and passives, and spend all your advantages on said passives and powers. Mostly defeats the purpose of being melee.

I wouldn't go that far. I think it does help to have some kind of stun/interrupt type of move, otherwise you just take too much damage. Also, for Slag, single blade is kinda hard early one because you are both melee and have no aoe which makes things doubly hard.
On a completely different note, I just got the always chill advantage on frost breath, so that plus shatter is just OMGWTFBBQ damage on groups of 3 or more. For example on a group of 1 villian and 3 henchies, I can be pounding on the villian to build up energy, then do a frost breath, which creates an ice tomb on each enemy, then shatter which just kills all the henchies and takes the villian down half is health. Its pretty ridiculous.

The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it. ~ Terry Pratchett

Granted, Shockwave helped a fuckton, but at my level, EVERY GOD DAMNED FUCKING STUPID PIECE OF SHIT mob has a hold, flies, or has a power move (even as a henchman) that makes Shockwave worthless. Not to mention every fucking mob is ranged for some reason.
It's such bullshit that I have to reroll after getting to level 24...
To what end? There's no other place to go from 1-6 at. Granted, the first 6ish levels play almost identically for every set so I wouldn't mind starting at 6 (although the perk OCD would prevent me), but you could use the same logic to skip the first crisis zones, etc.

I know it's pretty stupid to level really fast and then bitch about max level content, but getting that out of the way..... Not sure how anyone is going to care about this content. The content itself is ok, the quests are all mildly interesting with nice maps, the mobs are SUPER easy, but alot of the missions are bugged or have incorrect text. The real problem though is that you only get 6-15 tokens a day. The secondary items cost 250 tokens, and the major ones cost 1000. That's just too much. The gear isn't even that great. I spotted a few mild upgrades, but nothing that was all that interesting. I'd be more interested if I could get 3 minor items or 1 major per week. That's about 5 weeks for a full set, which is about the limit of my attention span for gear grinding.
I really love the Nemesis missions, but I don't see how I can do anything to trigger these besides far around outside griding mobs for perks. Is there a way to get a couple daily Nemesis missions? So far these have been the more interesting missions I've seen.

More importantly, what are they good for? :P
Buying action figures.
This is what I'm saving them for. Larger benefit stuff.
The action figures are a trap.
Vanity pets.
They just follow you around looking cute.
I see lots of 'tl;dr' and 'Wall of Text' rebuttals.

I had managed to create a better one (imho)
Change the colors obviously
They dont like to give all the parts for it to either male or female, but if put in the beast pose it should work very well.
I think Acrobatics would work great for zerglings too, the animation really fits.
