Since the current XNA Indie Games thread is mostly filled with people discussing game development & Slash's weekly games thread is just focused on games with official release dates, I thought weekly threads for players to discuss recent 360 XNA Indie game releases would be a good idea. Here's the first one!

-Important price drops this week-
None
So, this week, it looks like we've got some winners. Avatar Golf is the sequel to Easy Golf which was one of the best games on the service. The sequel has quite the impressive list of features - 6 themed 18-hole courses, online multiplayer, course creation and sharing, great graphics, and weather effects.
Halfbrick's previous 2 Indie Games have been excellent (Halfbrick Echoes & Halfbrick Blast Off) so I'm interested in trying their latest game.
Avatar Drop is getting very good ratings. It's apparently a game where you skydive with your avatar while trying to rack up points.
2 games this week specifically mention that they're completely playable within the trial time limit so those are probably worth checking out regardless of their quality. Those games would be Crystal Spear remake & Sky_Arena.
2 educational games this week: flash cards for small children & a space constellation program. I'd probably pick up the flash card game for my 2 year old if it was $1.
The 2 Japanese games have good graphics so I'll give them a try. One's a music game & the other appears to be a 3D robot shooter.
More comments when I've gone through and tried everything.

Also, if anyone's got anything they really want to ask Nathan Fouts (Weapon of Choice, Grapple Buggy) I've got an interview with him coming up which I'm working on questions for.
