Antivirus System Pro

So, I got this virus that says it's an antivirus program, which, based off what I've read, is complete bullshit. I don't really know how it happened (I don't really know much about computers in general), but I need some help removing it. Any recommendations?

My McAfee just expired about a week ago, so I'm not sure if I should renew it or what.
I have Comodo, Spybot, and this thing called F Secure because various people recommended that I download these. Does using multiple antivirus programs sound like a bad idea? Should I uninstall them all and replace them with something different?
I really need some help here.

Download Malwarebytes and run it. If it doesn't clean it completely, download Superantispyware and run it.

Also, Spybot isn't an antivirus program.

Do you have Comodo firewall or the full internet security? It shouldn't be necessary to run the full antivirus from Comodo if you have F secure installed. You definitely don't need to renew your McAfee, from what I've read F Secure is superior, even though I've never used it. Personally I use AVG since it's free and good, but F Secure seems like good software.

Listen to this advice. All three programs mentioned above are anti-malware/anti-spyware apps, don't confuse them with antivirus. Keep your F Secure, uninstall McAfee. If you just have the Comodo firewall, that's ok I guess (but redundant, F Secure has a firewall too), but you don't need the whole security suite.

I tried Spybot and didn't have a good experience. Switch to Malwarebytes and Superantispyware.
