    Round 2.1
    Once more the three skulls floating around the leaders head begin to glow and once more a zombie rises from the remnants of what was already destroyed.

    A blast of bone chilling wind strikes Thorn in the chest sending him into a panic. As images of his village being burned to the ground and over run by vicious demons Thorn stumbles through his allies and into the corner of the room.

    The last Skull summons the black-red flames once more this time enveloping Mhen, burning his flesh.

    “Do you really think you can stop the coming of Dulengras! Do you think you can stop me!
    I am Ruin and I shall be your end!”

    Round 2.2
    Two zombies are burned down before they can move while another tries to stand only to be brought low by fire once more.

    The two standing and mostly intact zombies shamble to their master’s aid and strike out against Thorn. Only one is able to land a blow, its meaty fist slamming Thorn in the side of the head.

    The lesser zombies move to engage who they can, but only Mhen is slow enough to be caught by the rotting undeads’ blow.

    Goblin Tactics to shift to G6
    Gwim giggled as he scampered in between the zombie minions. "Just call me the Gingerbread Man, because you idiots can't catch me!" He hurls a bolt of silvery energy at the nearest zombie. The energy splashes against it, knocking the creature to the ground.

    Gathering arcane forces, Gwim hurls a shimmering orb at the Skull Lord. The orb explodes at the creatures feet in a gout of violet light, nicking the creature and unnerving it slightly. The sudden explosion throws most of the inhabitants in the cave for a loop as well.

    Gwim grimaces and tugs on the collar of his armor. "Sorry, sorry! Contents under extreme pressure!"
    Shift to F6
    Standard:Chaos Bolt vs. Z1(11) (1d20+8=19, 1d10+12=21)

    Z1 is toast.

    Action Point: Chromatic Orb vs. Skull Lord(20) (1d20+8=9, 1d6=6)

    I push everyone within 5 squares of me 1 square. Sorry gang!

    Skull Lord takes 14 Psychic damage on the miss, and he is at -2 to AC (save ends) I forgot to add in my Chaos Power bonus (+4) to the damage roll on IC. That's why the total on IC is 10 instead of 14.

    Wanting to finish off opponent who keeps raising the dead, Darthan sprints forward. Allowing the zombie next to him to take a swipe as he moves.

    His staff charges with lightning as comes to a stop. Pointing the sparkly end forward, he whispers, "Die..." and that's exactly what happened. The lightning on the staff died out. Darthan takes a moment to stare in disbelief at his staff before shaking his head and trying another attack. Requesting assistance from nature, he calls upon the water from the soil to bring forth an icy doom against the necromancer. The water quickly comes from the ground and gathers around the desired target. Unfortunately, as Darthan tries to turn the water to ice, he is distracted causing what would've become ice instead turn to snow. It floats harmlessly to the ground before melting. His mutterings could not be fully heard by those around him but what was heard would've made a pirate to blush.
    Move to G5, taking OA from the H7 minion

    Round 3.1
    Mhen recalls Tock to assist him with the pesky zombie hanging off him. As Tock reappears he decapitates the husk of bone and flesh and lets out a glorious roar that emboldens his allies.

    The Hooded man feeling cornered calls forth another zombie to his aid then attempts to concentrate to bring forth another blast of cold. He manages to get the blast off but just as he does Thorn sees an opening and exploits it opening a large gash on the evil man’s torso.
    “Dulengras… show me your favor!”

    As the man falls to the floor a burst of cold air is issued forth as one of the floating skulls explodes pushing everyone away from his now crumpled corpse.

    Passive Perception: The eye in the portal is looking at the fallen corpse and a subtle beam of energy is flowing into it.

    The eye exists behind a portal which you can try and pass through. You can also attempt to place yourself in the beam of light.

    If you would like to know the likely effects of either of these actions you'll need to spend a minor and give me an Insight check.

    I don't know if that requires 2 rolls and/or two actions, but there you go. If nothing else, I'm going to try to bullrush that guy's corpse out of the way/tell someone else to do so, I suppose.

    We can say a single Minor action is good for both.

    On attacking the eye:
    It will require you to climb the Thorn Frog Statue as part of your move (DC:10) and you will need to pass through the portal to have LoS/LoE on the creature behind it.

    On moving into the beam of energy:
    The energy is fire and necrotic energy and willfully placing yourself in the beam means you will gain the effects of the beam, though they would not be beneficial to someone not undead… in fact you can tell it would probably hurt quite a lot.

    You know that the energy is fire and necrotic and it seems to be feeding life back into the Skull Lord.

    If you try to interupt the beam with a reflective material then you have a 10% chance of failing and taking serious damage, 40% chance of deflecting some damage and taking some, 40% chance of deflecting the beam onto another creature within 10 squares, 9% chance of deflecting the beam harmlessly, and a 1% chance of redirecting the beam at the eye.

    Darthan brings out another seed. These have actually been very handy he thinks to himself as he throws the seed at the nearest zombie. The seed flies true, striking the zombie in the back and catching him on fire. Flames burst from the seed and land around the undead creature threatening the other zombie with a fiery death. Unfortunately, throwing the seed caused Darthan to trip over a stone half buried in the ground throwing off his concentration.
    Flame Seed vs Ref of F3 Zombie: 25
    Hit!
    Minion burns up.
    Additionally, if the others somehow miss the last minion, it will take five damage from the flame seed attack and die on its turn.

    Perception check: 18
    Ouch, critical failure...

    Round 4.1
    The beam of energy finishes flowing into the corpse and the portal closes. A voice echoes in the chamber as it does.
    “Finish these interlopers and find another way to bring me forth!”

    The corpse raises its hooded garb now discarded. Its skin now a deep red and midnight black horns emerge from its forehead. The two skulls still orbiting the demonic undead explode in succession. The first releases a black smoke that seeps into the ground calling forth more undead. The second explodes in golden flame that wreaths the abomination in fire seeping into its skin.

    With a ferocious shout “DIE!” it hurls a ball of flame at Darthan striking the druid and burning his flesh.
    Actions:
    Eye of Dulengras: Resurrection, Summon Undead Horde.

    The zombies shuffle around Thorn but even though they have him surrounded they cannot seem to obtain an advantage over him. Rotting fists fly from all directions but the cunning Warder is able to dodge all but one blow that catches him in the ribs leaving him gasping for air.

    I believe Z1 is dead. Sorry for the slow post. I'm going to post now.

    Darthan steps away from the zombie next to him as he pulls out yet another of his trusty seeds. He throws the small seed towards the zombie on the other side of Thorn. The seed lands next to the zombie's feet and bursts into flame catching the enemy on fire. The explosion sends out little flames that spread around Darthan's target, threatening to catch anything close by on fire as well.
    Shift to G6
    Flame Seed vs Z2 Ref (10): 22 Hit!
    Damage: 4
    Additional effect: All enemies adjacent to C4 take five fire damage at the beginning of their next turn or if an enemy moves into a square adjacent to C4 they take five fire damage

    Round 5.1
    The man’s body continues to contort and change. His left arm seems to consume the staff it was holding and grows into a large black claw much like the one you saw on the undead minotaur. He holds his non-altered hand out and releases another blast of fire at Thorn the quickly steps up to strike at the Shifter with its new found claw.

    The fire flies wide striking the back wall and turning the stone red with heat and Thorn is able to parry the evil beings strike aside.

    Thorn is truly the warden of the Bone Eagles!

    Mhen summons his reserves of spiritual energy and bolsters Thorn. Tock takes down the final weak zombie leaving only the two larger zombies and the now fully deformed man.
    Each of the large zombies strike out at Thorn but the warden once more proves himself capable of deflecting their attacks.

    Eager to end this madness, Gwim rushes forward and hurls fire at the remaining enemies. He strikes the two zombies but misses their master. A cloak of fire swathes the goblin, seeking to further damage any enemies who dare to strike him or come closer to him.
    Move to D3
    Standard: Explosive Pyre vs Skull Lord (20), Z2 (10), and Z3 (10). (1d20+8=16, 1d20+8=20, 1d20+8=12)

    Z3 and Z2 take 14 damage.

    Z2 dies at the start of his turn, Skull Lord Takes 7 damage and if Z3 moves adjacent to me before the end of his next turn, he will also take that damage.

    Even Roll = +1 to my AC

    Readied Actions: Goblin Tactics to shift away from danger if I am missed by an attack, and if I am hit by an attack, activate Dragonflame Mantle to hit dudes for 9 damage and I gain a +1 to all my defenses before the end of my next turn.

    Rumbling is heard throughout the cave. Darthan's prayer to nature has been answered causing a lightning storm to gather over the heads of the zombies and their lord. Lightning streaks down from the strange cloud striking both the zombies where they stand. The fried undead creatures fall to the ground dead once again. Unfortunately, the lightning was not able to strike the skull lord but it does distract him temporarily.
    Call Lightning on B4, burst 1
    Call Lightning vs Z3 (Ref:10), Z2 (Ref:10), Skull Lord (Ref:20) (1d20+9=12, 1d20+9=21, 1d20+9=14)

    Z3 hit!
    Z2 hit!
    Skull Lord miss!

    Z3 and Z2 take 8 damage. Ouch....rolled a 1 for damage.
    Z3 and Z2 are both dead again.

    Additional effect: The burst creates a zone of rumbling thunder that lasts until the end of my next turn. While within the zone, any enemy takes a -2 penalty to attack rolls, and any enemy that leaves the zone takes 5 thunder damage.
