    Okay, something that really bugs me is when people forget to set vocatives off by commas, especially because it's so common these days. And it's not like this is just like one of those "oh randall is being a dick again for no reason," because the lack of the comma completely changes the meaning of the sentence in this case, making Khoo the object of a verb instead of the subject of one.
