Where: currently you can check out the preview beta on THQ*ICE; their site is here. To get a beta-code you need to fill in this form on Fileplanet (account needed). Starting June 4th you can also play this game over at IAH; their site is here. If you make an account now you'll probably get in by then. There is also a European version at gPotato this is their site. Problem is that they're lagging behind THQ*ICE and IAH. It's currently unclear what version we of PA will be playing, we will base our decision on the amount of lag and the general support of the hosting company.
I have the IAH version set up and I went and just did the THQ thing so I can check it out now.
I think they need a few more companies publishing it.
Why good sir, there is also the European publisher and the Asian publisher and the Chinese publisher! Rumor has it they will make a localized version for every country in the world. Including Vatican City.

OK, apparently there's a /friend channel through which you can talk to all your friends at once. We'll need 20g for a guild. If you just started add Aldo, Infidel and Adda to your friendslist (hotkey: Y) so we can all talk to each other.
Is there a way to download the THQ client in full, rather than via the downloader? Because it keeps randomly failing and then restarts from the beginning.
ok so im all installed signed up and ready to go, but when i try to enter the game it says i need to check my password? not sure which they are talking about the only password ive made is for my thq accnt... is this the one i need or did i miss a whole step somewhere?

the only thing I can think of is that you got the client, but not through their site and that you haven't gotten an invite to this beta phase yet. Did you go to Fileplanet for your code? Otherwise I have no idea.

used the link provided there to get my access key, seemed to activate ok not sure what else to as i have uninstalled and redownloaded and then reinstalled to the same error.
Ho-ly crap getting into these servers is impossible. I've been mashing enter for the past 10 minutes. Although I guess I should say server instead of servers...
This abortion of a 'preview beta' is making me lean more towards IAH, guys. I guess we'll have to wait till Thursday to see how they handle things. I'd like to say "I can't imagine it'd be worse" but I actually can and it doesn't look pretty.
The only one so far I've tried besides the THQ one was the Gpotato version. There was a decent bit of lag considering I'm in the USA, THQ seems fine aside from the server stressing sometimes, haven't gotten the chance to give IAH a whirl.

I think it plays way better with a gamepad but I still press the hotkeys for some things
