A new World of Darkness rpg would be the shit, especially if it was handled by a good dev studio. Think about how much the gaming world has advanced in pretty much every aspect of the game; stealth, shooting, the rpg elements. Damnit, vidya gaem guys, make me a damn WoD game.
Choosing a clan to play with is tough, but Obfuscate is just so damn good.
It's actually so good that it's not really terribly fun. My malk has 5 obfuscate and is just waltzing all over everywhere not getting touched by anything or anyone. Celerity is a way more entertaining way to break the game.
RPGs quickly become like choose-your-own-adventure books for me, except instead of bookmarks and fingers between pages, it's saves before and after every branching event in the game.

I felt the combat in this was interesting enough to avoid this, though
As rpgs go this is pretty damn linear, I think. And actually the overarching story isn't that fantastic. But damn, there were so many good segments I just didn't care.
Yes, because WoD is completely different than Twilight?
My point pretty much just was, mmo's generally aren't that kind to the source material and the people playing them aren't either. I meant, banana's aren't intended to go into vaginas, but there you go.
I really liked playing a Toreador with maxed celerity and guns
I was pretty and kicked ass
This is what I'm doing for my next playthrough. Decided my last 2 characters were melee/brawl so it's time to make a ranged.
It's also funny, I console hacked to swap around a few of my stats around and found out that Jack tells you off at the beginning of the game if you use the console at all and won't let you play unless you say "I have a mod please let me continue."
God, werewolves would be a balancing nightmare. Their description is basically "a shitload more powerful than every other race." Excepting maybe creative mages with a bunch of points in a good sphere.

It's difficult in the beginning, but heck, if I can manage to complete a game then anyone can
I mean, fuck, Garou form adds what +3 or +4 to your base strength? So you've got newbie werewolves running around with 7 or 8 strength and massive fuck-you swords that always do aggravated damage. Newbie werewolves, not even the experienced ones.
The stuff you could do with a creative imagination and an oWoD mage, oh man. The Life sphere has so much potential fucked-upness it's crazy. Did they manage to capture the same thing in nWoD? A lot of the stuff in Vampire and Werewolf needed a reboot, but Mage seemed to be the one thing they had almost if not quite perfect in oWoD.

It's like the god damned Shining!
Also I went with the blood magic fag my first way through. Who are the talky fags for my next playthrough?
Call Bethesda
It reminds me of KotOR but with more entertaining combat.
Even if you have never played anything VtM related (which I haven't, really) it's excellent.
Definitely one of my top five games of all time (but then I'm biased towards rpgs).
As I said before, the atmosphere's just amazing; I have more fond memories of scenes from this game than anything else.
People didn't know this?
what, even post twilight you have this hope?
I was pretty and kicked ass

A Hunter MMO would be the best thing ever though
Just rolling around
Killing shit
because mages are awesome

Ascension or Awakening though
This is important

actually I'd probably join the Technocracy but since those are the bad guys I guess I'd probably be a Virtual Adept
They are pretty much just walking tanks, right?
Fucking queermo
Pony keeps telling me that one (Ascension) was better but pfffft Awakening 4 lyfe
I played one once in WOD pen and paper
They have some nice stuff like obfuscate and disguise they can use temporarily to walk among people
But yeah, they spend lots of time in sewers and abandoned shit etc
I would play a werewolf just to eat a man's face
I would expect this to be the Garou form's base attack
"Face eating"
But did they change that in nWoD?
It's difficult in the beginning, but heck, if I can manage to complete a game then anyone can
Doesn't matter because every attack hits and involves a man's face being eaten
Someone feel free to correct me though!
Winning as a mage requires being smarter. If you are not an intelligent and imaginative PLAYER then do not play a mage.
But yeah, anyone that feels like going toe to toe with a werewolf is either stupid or another werewolf.
chair to Creation and then suplex the Void.
or you happen to not be a 13th gen retard and have actually lived for more than 50 years
werewolves have a normal lifespan, unlike everything else except for dumb mages and hunters
man, fuck those little demon critters. fuck them.
