    The easiest thing to do is nothing. It only takes a person giving slightly more than nothing to make themselves get up and be productive.

    Hm... bad habits..

    I always procrastinate on almost EVERYTHING, and just cram on the last minute.
    I have built up insomnia because of a daily abnormal sleeping habit

    I walk alot, my friends says its a bad thing, because i tend to force them to walk, to me its not that far, but to them its a pain, then they start nagging/yelling on me

    When my girlfriend makes me mad I pick my nose with the window open and flick it from my second story room onto her car.

    I don't generally bite my fingernails, but I do pick at them, and the skin around them, relentlessly. Like a lot of you, its pretty subconscious at this point, but it results in hurt and bleeding fingers fairly often. Lately I've gotten better about it, as I've taken up filing my nails. I usually only start when I notice that they're rough or shaped odd, so this helps out. They aren't growing any more than usual, but they're hurting less, so that's a start.

    Biting nails is fucking disgusting and disturbing.

    The only sorta bad habit i have is i play with my beard a LOT. Like my fingers are constantly on my face, fiddling with the hairs.

    Also i am developing a nasty habit of maeking poast on the iPhone from bed.

    in private i don't see anything wrong with picking your nose if you wipe it on a tissue and wash your hands at some point after you're done
