Keep in mind that since we were playing it like Rocket Slime, even the tiniest item would knock something threatening coming from the other tank out of the air
and yeah my character dove in after the wine
and the deck of cards did give us the Ace of Spades

unless lemmy started rocking out that still seems rather wasteful
so two people of our five-person party didn't show up - so we used two webcams, one for the table talk and one for the tactical map, to allow our remaining two e-party members to join in. once we got everything set up it worked fine.
I am considering putting a small bump in the timeline. Something like one or two years to represent the party dynamic changing significantly since the last adventure. I'm making this an excuse to further flesh out the campaign world as well, with a proper description of the city you are based in as well as the introduction of some new, hopefully interesting, adventure hooks.
I'm also considering having RAAV LLC grow significantly in the interim, from a fringe adventuring company created to take advantage of tax breaks into an actual corporate entity with political clout and dozens of members. The current party would represent the leadership of RAAV LLC, allowing you to adventure as normal while also giving you access to some interesting resources such as other adventuring parties whom you employ that you can assign to follow up leads you don't want to investigate yourself and such.
All old characters (Ulfgar, Guile, Elias, etc.) are still usable, as they will be around and about running RAAV or establishing branch operations in other cities. New characters would be recruits who had risen to a significant level of responsibility in RAAV.
At the moment, we have two defenders, two leaders, a controller/leader, and yourself and DE?AD, Ulfgar would be excellent to still have around because of his top-tier striker-ing.

of course my character always got things that were precious to him, like a dictionary or a priceless bottle of wine
And we were all 'can't we keep these items' and Dubh said 'no you have to fire them and the kittens have to die'
