They are pronounced the same way, yet written differently - totally insane.

Also, pronouncing the letter A as ey ... goddammit.

    Apple - Ä

    Also - O

    Able - Ey

Same letter, three different pronunciations. So retarded. - Heck, the A in retarded is a fourth one.

    Damnit, people.

Japanese has neither "r" nor "l". It has a post-alveolar flap (or maybe tap, I forget), which can be used to approximate either an "l" or an "r" in English.

True, but when heard by an English speaker, it sounds more like "r" than "l". And when put into the alphabet, it's written as "r".

Maybe people would stop thinking nazi jokes were funny if people like you didn't respond in the most comcially bitchy self-absorbed way like you are doing right now.

And German is one of the ugliest languages in the entire universe as far as speech goes. It's fine for singing because that's generally done by people who have pleasing voices anyway, but tlking? Oh god just kill me now.

And Japanese sounds fine, especially when compared to German. Honestly it sounds like you have brain and throat cancer when you talk. And it's like the air you breathe spontaneously turns into gears and rats when it hits your lungs.

First, I have no idea what kind of people you hear speaking German, it's not the "worst language in the world" at all.

Also, what is this, the new "omg I hate Germans cause they are German and speak Germans and omg i hate them" thread?

And Japanese is a nice sounding language, especially if you hear regular people talk and not like, how they talk in anime or something.

Everyone has sounds they don't like and others might, I for example really can't listen to asian languages like Korean, Thai or Chinese, it makes my ears hurt.

To be fair there are dialects in German that don't sound like someone is shoving a whale's cock with razorblades glued to it into your ear, but German in general is one of the most unpleasant languages I have ever heard.
