If you come to Tulsa, and drive down 71st street, all there is is places to eat, left and right, for like 8 miles, steak houses, tex mexes...a few electronic stores and a mall...
pipe I just noticed the color doesn't quite match the lines. What you want to do on future color jobs:
1. Set the lineart layer to multiply
2. Make a new layer under the lineart layer
3. color on the second layer and then flatten the image when you're done
i also like how wak uses different face shapes
one thing that i think wak does really well is make his women look different facially.
a lot of people get sort of stuck on one look and keep to it, but he experiments and i like that.
i giggle a little when people are like "no! perfect female facial proportions look like this! her chin is too boxy! her nose is too big/crooked!"
the fact is, real people don't necessarily have perfect facial proportions.
so long as you're placing things in the right place, some people have crooked noses, one lazy eye, droopy jowls, weak chins... that's what makes people interesting to look at.

For some reason I get very anxious when drawing as of late, especially when doing environments. I'm trying to break this by doing small thumbnails and doodle warm ups. So, from today's thumbnailing session.
Those thumbnails are looking pretty interesting, nak, but those spot colors don't seem to add much. Perhaps you'd be better off just value mapping? I donno.
