i truly do not know what to think of this.
I'd honestly like a slower metabolism at times, it would encourage me to eat better and exercise more than I do
Other times I sit around eating chips all day and am pretty content with that
so far this has amounted to taking up cycling and increasing the amount of sliced meat on my average sandwich
my family has a weight bench we never use, i ought to actually start actually eating more and lift some dang weights
those are both terrible methods to gain weight
take in more complex carbs and fats
gaining weight is secondary to overall fitness and endurance for me, and cycling is the bomb tittiest so
overall i'm just attempting to move to being more active with my nerd ass body
well then forget it, riding is a great idea
swimming is better though
however, eat more fiber anyway
