This was my XBL Gamer Tag for over eight years until XBL banned my gamertag :x. So my gamer tag is DarkMethod 10K. I use this name for community sites like PlatformNation The10k.com Unscripted360 ect.

Avatar: It's from 360voice. There was going to be gamer pics for XBL but it didn't work out.

Name: I had a children's book when I was growing up called "the penguin that hated the cold" (also made a guest appearance in an old disney movie) and the main character was a penguin named pablo. And since Pablo is what I believe to be spanish for Paul, I thought: Why not?

Avatar: I rented fight night round 4 a day or so ago, and I used a camera for the "game face" feature. I still had the Pictures on my computer so I thought: Why not?

First time goin to PAX: Turns out my mom asked what I would like to do this summer, seeing as most of the time, my happiness isn't all that important. When I told her about PAX she said: Why not?

What I'm lookin' forward 2: Actually going to a convention for the first time in my life. (also, I don't know how to end this sentance with "why not")

Edit: Idea strikes! can we also explain our signatures? or would that be too much?

Name: When I was 12 all my friends and I took nicknames from the anime Fushugi Yuugi and it was decided that I was most like Nakago so that was my nickname, and over years it shortened to Nakki. And online I use nakki at places that are "my home" on the web and tehnakki everywhere else. So on eljay I'm nakki, but here I'm tehnakki. I really should have been nakki on twitter but I didn't expect to like it as much as I do :P

Avatar: The avatar is one I recently switched to (and will be on my buttons this year). I found the initial image online and photoshopped it so it's me and my ampharos. Doesn't it look so happy to be smothered by my love :)

Year at PAX: This'll be my second PAX. Last year I won the 7 word contest held on the main site for free tickets and hotel room, so a month before PAX I had to switch all my plans from attending DragonCon to going to PAX. BEST. DECISION. EVER. PAX08 was the most fun I've had at a convention ever and i didn't even get on the forums before hand and join in with all the forumer fun, I just found so much to do on my own!

Looking forward to: Hanging out with MeeOk and CaptainTapole and all the other TwitterShitters who are making my 10 hour days at work fly by =) And really just everything. I've been excited for PAX since I joined the forums in January and I can't wait to meet all the awesome people I've met on this forum and hangout and party and it's gonna be awesome =D Why isn't it September yet?!!!!!

Mine is the most boring answer of all...

Name: My name is actually DJ Breslin. I use it as my username in most places. There are reasons for this that sound overly intellectual. Let's just say, "I am me"... online and offline.

Avatar: Um... again, that's me. It's a picture of me taken in Beaverton, OR in Sept 2004. You can see the original uncropped version here.

Year at PAX: I've been to all of them. Each year had its plusses and minuses. I have many fond memories of each year.

Looking forward to: Others have said it already: the people, even if it's only a brief hello. Playing some games in BYOC. Witnessing (and participating in?) various antics.

Hello there, fellow geeks/servants of the Robot Council! I have come to search for and de- I mean to introduce myself. Yeah. That's totally why I'm here. :P

Name: This is my old XBL screen name from a few years ago. I basically thought of Mega Man while walking home from school one day; I added Armada to the end for extra epicness, and it stuck.

Avatar: What? I'm expected to have one of those things? Oh bother... Well, if I were to think of one off of the top of my head, it would probably be some sprite from La-Mulana. It's a great game, but if you are not familiar with it, exercise caution lest it devour your soul. Just ask DeceasedCrab. Or maybe I could do John Freeman.

PAXes: This will be my 2nd trip to PAX, despite having lived in the Seattle area my entire life (also known, in some circles, as 18 years). Last year I basically scrounged up the 3-day pass money at the last minute. This year, I decided to throw that idea to the buggers and pre-register.

Looking forward to: Omegathon, Paranoia, DS freeplay, meeting new people, and finding out if someone brings a copy of Virtual-On: Oratorio Tangram again. That game rocks.

Bonus fun fact! I've always had a particular fondness for dwarves, due to their penchants for drinking and carrying giant battle-axes, but my own height may not lead you to believe that. I may even be as tall as BigRed!

Actually, I think we had this thread last year and I answered it then, too. :)

beta_angel: - I used to go as baphometsangel, which was a convoluted reference to a Clive Barker story. My fiance has been going by beta for...well, since she found the interwebs. We were looking for an XBL GamerTag that would fit 'us'. We ended up mushing the name together, deciding we loved the image it evokes...plus it sounded kickass.

Avatar: - I've been using this same avatar for going on 10 years now. It's a pen/ink drawing done by Clive Barker...it's a boy and a dinosaur (or lizard or...well, really anything you want it to be.). I love the image because it's this small boy staring directly into the eyes of something much bigger, stronger, scarier than him. He's not backing down, he's standing his ground.

How many years at PAX: - This will be my 3rd PAX.

What I'm looking forward to the most: This is my first year doing Buttoneer stuff, so i'm most excited about trading buttons. I just hope my buttons aren't considered too boring. :)

Name : I admit, I had a personal affinity to Pump up the Jam when I was younger. Then in my early twenties I got into the Electronic music scene which took over my musical tastes completely and was a big part of my life for a while. It was around that time that I had to create a gamer handle and Teknotronic was my choice. It then became the default for everything else (it is now my XBOX gamertag, as well as my PSN ID). While I am not into the electronic scene/music as much as I once was, the handle has become permanent.

Avatar Is a tiny image of the logo for Fat Princess, a great PSN game that you should pick up if you haven't already. This links up with my gamer A.D.D as I am always moving onto the new game and abandoning what I was playing before, so expect this image to change once something else holds my time ;-)

Years at PAX This will be my first PAX. Not sure how I have missed it so many years.....

Looking forward too Meeting cool gamers (xbox/PSN friends lists need to grow!) and checking out the booths of all the great game companies that will be in attendance. SWAG!!! :-)
