I don't know. What happened with Dark YA? I just realized that I had forgotten about it.

Yes. Supposedly Heinberg's got four of eight scripts written.

As for Dark YA, who cares?

It's like, I remember more about the characters that are in two-issue story arcs than I do the characters that are present in the whole series

Not even in a "oh they haven't revealed X about the character" way. Like, I just keep forgetting where the main characters are left off and sometimes who they even are

I reread House of M today.

    I love House of M.

As an aside, why is Tony Stark awakened by Layla Miller but then he's not present at the final battle? He didn't remember shit at the end.

I have the same problem, only since I've been picking up the trades, with the time I have between purchases, I find myself having to read back to keep up half the time.

Also got the Ian Rankin Hellblazer novel or whatever, Dark Entries, and it was pretty great

John gets called in to a reality tv show about a "haunted house" that seems to have a life of its own, and ends up going inside to fix it
Turns out all the contestants are dead and the show is actually taking place in hell

So, I don't read comics that often anymore. I've always been a Marvel guy when I do.

But after going to Chicago Comic-con and sitting through the DC panel, I decided to read Sinestro Corps. Wars.

Holy fucking shit that was awesome.

    This.

    So this.

In addition to Agent Brand, a multitude of Marvel characters like the New Avengers and Carol Danvers also play supporting roles in “Spider-Woman.” “One of my favorite comics of all time is 'Avengers Annual' #10, which has Jessica Drew saving Carol Danvers,” Bendis said. “She was as lost as Jessica is here. So there's kind of a flip side to their relationship.”

    What
    293.ad.IronMan.Gunn.052209.jpg
Only a few good men can make a metal suit look dashing—just ask Tim Gunn.
The Project Runway mentor will be donning a dapper Iron Man suit in a new comic miniseries called Models Inc., set to debut Aug. 26.
According to the New York Times, the first book takes place during New York Fashion Week. After runway models Mary Jane (yes, Peter Parker's Mary Jane) and Patsy Walker (alias: Hellcat) team up to clear Millicent Collins (aka Millie the Model) of murdering a set designer, the fashion guru borrows Robert Downey Jr.'s shiny supersuit to save the day and guide the designer's ladies.

Criminal is such a great series. I have all the trades up till this point. I think I'll start collecting the single issues for the next series, since I hear they fill each issue with a lot of extra stuff.

I honestly think I'm going to be putting my Hellblazer collecting on hold for a few weeks while I track down the singles for Criminal

I borrowed a friend's trades and said I'd bring them back at Christmas

But I want to own this and I prefer singles
