I really, really hate to join late on a bandwagon, but I can't help but think Oaklore is trying to bargain his way out of a raw deal. Though I would like to know whether Juggernaut prefers paper or plastic.

"We know who you are! We want you out of here! We're done with you!"
"I don't have time for this." He raised his staff and shot a blast, knocking a couple of them a few yards away, expecting them to scatter.
Instead, they charged forward and took him by surprise, and knocked away his staff. Black Tom Cassidy didn't last much longer after that.

Cyclops was exhausted. His terrible luck had wound him with the deaths of the civilians he was supposed to be protecting because he couldn't get this city under control. He had been awake for too long. He had to rest, collect his thoughts. Maybe it would help.
He found a deserted ally, and hid behind a dumpster and slowly drifted off. It's a testament to his sleep deprevation that he didn't hear the soft footsteps of a common thief approaching. When Burnage tried to steal those fancy shades he saw, he got a facefull of ZOOOOOOW for his trouble, and cracked his head on the nearby wall.
"OH GOD DAMN IT!", Cyclops said.

She was gone. No matter which way Wolverine looked at it, she was gone. He had failed to save her again. He had run the gambit from furious to dejected countless times now. At the moment, he was mostly furious.
"How many times do I have to TAKE this, Red?", he screamed as and kicked a piece of twisted metal with all his might.
The rubble richocheted off of the telephone pole, and then straight off of a dumpster, and then off a trash can, only to fly straight through an unwitting Warban's neck.
Wolverine barely noticed.

The trail had led it here. Predator X had feasted on an innocent on the way, but now he would be getting a real meal.
Beast had been found at the bottom of a sloping street, with little energy to run any where else. He had lost a lot of blood in his flight.
Giving off a steely glare, Beast could only say, "I truly never thought it would be like this, but I will-"
Predator X wasn't much for last words. All it cared for was the feast. It lunged straight for the throat, and silenced Beast forever.

Anyway, Servo scanned Coutts and the results were "blocked". I'm guessing he's Magneto, whose helmet blocks telepathy, or Predator X, who hasn't got a human brain.
Regardless, that's the best lead we have to go on for the public vote.
