I've just seen clips from the original version of Doctor Doolittle on "The 100 Greatest Family Films" involving the two-headed llama thing called the Pushmi-pullyu.
But...is it real? I know it's a totally stupid question deep down but I need to put my mind at rest. Cause looking at it I think "holy shit that llama has two heads, that's amazing!", but there's that voice of reason going "a two-headed animal like that can't possibly exist."
It is technically speaking a real but rare phenomenon, in the sense of having two heads on one animal. Or possibly two animals with one body.
The Dolittle version is however fake; an animal joined in that manner would not survive. The Dolittle book version of an entire species of such animals is also complete fiction.
