I'm sure I'd like to fight like six thousand of these in a Psychonauts sequel.

I'm not sure I have any valid crits for this, it's too well done. Well, what is the lid doing after it comes up?

This is pretty dang slick, I have to admit.

Only thing I could bring up a quibble with is the way in the animation it floats in the air and lands slowly- seems like a lost opportunity to gets some more deliberate physicality into it- landing forcefully enough that it bounces back up momentarily, and giving more opportunity for some secondary motion in the arms and moustache. What you have isn't bad, so much as it just feels like it's made of a light plastic rather than out of metal, judging being the weight in the animation.

Of course I could see an argument about the animation needing to be X length or have only so many key frames or whatever based on game constraints, so I'm not going to raise too much of a stink about it. It's still pretty nice. Just an 'if time and resources were infinite' kind of comment.

this is glorious in so many ways, especially the animation

i suppose if you REALLY wanted some crits i could offer that in his first form (when he presumably should look like a normal pot) his arms are shaped somewhat awkwardly as pot handles. if you turned them sideways (so that they'd be easier to lift with) and then have them turn back upward during the transformation it would not only look more practical, it would add a neat extra detail. thats more aesthetics though, nothing really NEEDS to be improved upon as far as i can tell!

Thanks for the feedback everyone. As for the handles changing them sideways would require a big animation adjustment. I originally wanted them to be sideways, but I made a decision to make the animation less tedious.

Bacon: I had a clattery landing before, but when I did it, it was hard to see the arms do stuff. It also extended the animation uncomfortably.

My main criticism would be that there is no obvious source of light. Light is coming from the top left, but it doesn't feel very radiant (or bright).

Nicely painted, Prox. Maybe add more cooler colors along the lines of a purple/blue in the shadowed areas, because as of right now the colors are all very warm, and very yellow. Also, maybe add some atmospheric haze to suggest the distance of the things farther away, because right now the foreground has less contrast than the building in the distance.

you've got some cool textures in there, though.

He fixed the issue in the revision...but the issue was that the image had a lot of noise and vibration without a calm focal area for you to rest on.

Prox the legs don't bother me much on that drawing.

I can't do a drawover, but right off the bat I can tell that the calves are too thick.

Also the facial features seem a tad bit squashed in, but that's nitpicking.

I like the feral direction you took with the Gurren Lagann chick. You should do some One Piece art; i'm curious as to what Zoro would look like in a similar fashion.

The environment looks like a part of King Louie's palace from the Disney version of The Jungle Book.
